If we can answer your question in a short email,
we are happy to do so – for free, provided that the question can be answered without much effort, or if it is only a question of whether we would be interested in taking your case or how much our service would cost.
Should the answer require more effort, we are happy to contact you and let you know how much our answer would cost. A separate arrangement is required if the effort involved is greater than an email response, if we cannot (yet) estimate it and/or if a personal appointment appears to be necessary.
Of course, attorney-client privilege is guaranteed from this very first contact.
